Overview

 

Position Overview:

The Director of Human Resources will serve as a strategic leader and partner across the organization, providing vision, leadership, and direction for all HR functions. This role is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that support our business goals, drive employee engagement, and ensure a high-performance culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing HR team across multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
  • Partner with SVP of HR to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with HR field teams across the U.S.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives to improve workforce planning.
  • Oversee change management strategies that support organizational transformation and employee experience.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decisions, measure effectiveness of initiatives, and identify trends.
  • Guide and enhance performance management systems and employee engagement strategies to ensure organizational health.
  • Provide HR expertise and support to the Company’s M&A initiatives, including acquisition due diligence and post-deal integration followed by ongoing
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to foster trust, collaboration, and effective communication.
  • Additional job duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • PHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior strategic role in a large organization (7,000+ employees).
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, compliance, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.

 

Location: This position is primarily on-site at our headquarters located at: 9780 Pyramid Court, Englewood, CO 80112

  • Regular in-person attendance is required Monday through Thursday
  • Friday is an optional remote workday

Min Salary

USD $160,000.00/Yr.

Max Salary

USD $215,000.00/Yr.
