Overview

Position Summary:
The HRIS Analyst II plays a critical role in the administration, support, and optimization of HRIS across Kodiak and its 40+ subsidiary companies. This position serves as a subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now and contributes to systems implementation, reporting, data integrity, and integration with third-party systems like iCIMS. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS, including user access, reporting, and configuration
  • Serve as a primary contact for ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS, managing integrations and vendor relationships
  • Generate and support custom HRIS reports for HR and other business units
  • Monitor and troubleshoot HR business processes to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Configure dashboards, system workflows, and process automation within ADP and iCIMS
  • Oversee HRIS data imports and ensure consistency and integrity of data
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on quarterly access audits and internal control testing
  • Support general ledger data management in coordination with the Accounting team
  • Standardize and maintain system codes such as pay/deduction codes, job titles, and workers’ compensation codes
  • Participate in the implementation of new system modules or entity integrations
  • Work closely with entity HR teams to ensure data accuracy and adherence to best practices

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of HRIS or related experience
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now required
  • Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of other MS Office tools
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service and team collaboration

 

Location: This position is primarily on-site at our headquarters located at: 9780 Pyramid Court, Englewood, CO 80112

  • Regular in-person attendance is required Monday through Thursday
  • Friday is an optional remote workday

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to move between departments within the company facility
