Overview

The Risk Management Analyst for Kodiak Building Partners will support the risk management and safety department daily by providing technical support & training to all businesses while partnering with vendors.

 

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Required tasks to fulfill primary responsibility:

  • Responsible for all reporting tools & needs under Risk Management Department
  • Collaborate with Kodiak businesses for possible reporting needs
  • Pull and create monthly scorecard reports, safety dashboards and any continuing reporting needs
  • Hold trainings with area leaders on reports and be available for questions and further follow ups
  • Work alongside Regional Safety Managers, Claims Manager and Vice President of RM & Safety to further our internal data reporting and analysis
  • Continue general oversight into RMIS systems and assist with training Risk Management Technical Support position
  • Work along side RMIS Vendor and RM Tech Support to create and brainstorm reporting through RMIS
  • Work along side insurance companies to bring any possible external reporting internally
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a BS or BA in applicable field
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field
  • RMS: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Technology management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated
  • Customer service minded
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication as well as great interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focused (i.e. generating accurate and timely results and effectively and timely communicating to customers, colleagues and management)

 

LOCATION AND TRAVEL:

  • Position will be in office at Englewood, CO location.
  • 25% travel required

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to travel to various worksites in the field.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
